These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the WildCord management panel ("Panel", "Service"), provided by WildCord ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any of the provisions below, you may not use the Service.
The WildCord Panel is a web application that allows Discord server administrators to manage the WildCord bot configuration - including enabling and disabling modules, configuring commands, and viewing activity logs. Access to the Panel requires authentication via a Discord account.
To use the Service, you must:
Login is performed exclusively through Discord's OAuth2 mechanism. We do not collect or store Discord account passwords. The permission scope requested during login is limited to the necessary minimum: user identification (identify) and server list (guilds). By logging in, you agree to the transfer of this data in accordance with the Discord Privacy Policy.
Some features of the Service (in particular the social notifications module) use official APIs of external platforms. By using these features, you acknowledge and accept that:
By configuring the notifications module, you warrant that you have the right to monitor the specified accounts and pages on those platforms and that you are not violating their terms of service. The WildCord operator is not responsible for violations of third-party platform policies resulting from configuration made by server administrators.

All rights to the software, interface, logos, and content constituting the Service belong to WildCord or its licensors. These Terms do not grant the user any intellectual property rights to the Service or its components.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from temporary unavailability of the Service.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently block access to the Panel in the event of a violation of these Terms, applicable law, or Discord platform policies.
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties - express or implied - including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of third-party rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WildCord is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, the competent court shall be the general court at the registered seat of the Service operator.
